Bunge Loders Crocklaan has opened a new edible oils processing facility in Xiamen, China. The new facility, the company said, expands its capacity to deliver plant-based specialty oil and fat ingredients for the food and food service industry. It will serve both local and international markets.

As well as providing a range of production processes from refining oils to modifications of its fractions the Xiamen facility has a pilot plant, quality control lab and creative studio to develop ingredient and food solutions for the Chinese market.
